This book exposed the hurts and pains of dysfunctional families. The story line takes you on a roller coaster ride as you sympathize with the characters. You even feel hopeful as the characters realize what it takes to break the generational curse. You grow a fondness for all the Hopkin's women. This novel is a good read and I would recommend it to those going through struggles. I recommend this novel to those that can't even fathom the things this family went through, but you can appreciate the life lessons.Product details
